The Baker's Dozen

We partnered with The Baker’s Dozen from an early stage as their strategic growth partner. The ambition was clear: build a national artisanal bakery brand. We helped shape a differentiated proposition built on handmade products, packaging, plannogramming, portfolio strategy, social media content strategy, profit maximisation, channel strategy, sales teams training, building a bank of consumer insights, shopper and consumer research. The brand scaled through a strong omni-channel presence across D2C, trade, and marketplaces. We also supported the pitch deck and investor connects, contributing to successful fundraises—$5M led by Fireside Ventures in July 2022, followed by a ₹33 Cr Pre-Series A in January 2024 led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures.
